Our markets also encompass Bowen Island and the Sea-to-Sky corridor up to and including Whistler. The Clientele we serve includes residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.

Monarch Paving first began its operations on the North Shore and quickly developed a reputable following as an expert paving company capable of completing asphalt projects on steep terrains. In over fifty years, Monarch Paving has completed over 2000 driveway projects in both West and North Vancouver within some of the most challenging topography. Our management and principal staff have over 100 years of combined experience in the asphalt paving business encompassing all sectors of the business. This experience and attention to detail led to the expansion of our services, in particular for the past ten years, into markets throughout the Lower Mainland in a variety of segments.

Today we remain a North Shore based company with offices and work yards based in both West and North Vancouver located near major transportation arteries allowing for the flexibility to conveniently service markets within the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Monarch Paving proudly donated its services to complete a playground project beside the Dorothy Lynas Elementary School in North Vancouver. The scope of the project included several pathways to improve accessibility to the park. This is part of the Indian River LETS PLAY Playground complex and is the District’s first fully accessible playground and is the only recipient of Rick Hansen’s full LETS PLAY grant for 2009 (and the last park to be given this honour). In the month of June there will a celebration to inaugurate the Park, which will be hosted by media and celebrated with the help of Mr. Rick Hansen.
